1. THIS TRANSMITS:

Revocation Notice of NOAA Administrative Order (NAO) 202-411 – Leadership Training Program, no placement for NAO 202-411.

2. PURPOSE:

This Revocation Notice revokes NAO 202-411 – Leadership Training Program. This NAO is no longer applicable because the subject program no longer exists. The Management Skills for New NOAA Supervisors (MSNS) replaced NAO 202-411. Therefore, the NAO revocation is required.

The above referenced Order (effective February 23, 1995) is hereby revoked.
