Proposed rule to remove Siderastrea glynni from the Federal List of Threatened and Endangered Species (ID423)

As recommended by a recent five-year review of Siderastrea glynni, NMFS is proposing to delist the species based on new genetic and morphological information that demonstrates that it does not meet the statutory definition of a species, and therefore does not qualify for listing under the ESA. The proposed rule summarizes the new information supporting this action.
