Addendum to “Climate Change Vulnerability Assessment for the North-central California Coast and Ocean” (ID459)

Description: This addendum provides an update to the 2015 report “Climate Change Vulnerability Assessment for the North-central California Coast and Ocean”. The information includes an overview of the updated vulnerability of select focal resources found within Greater Farallones, Cordell Bank, and the northern portion of Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuaries to the projected impacts of climate change. These assessments of vulnerability were determined through subject matter expert opinion as a result of the process described in the report, and were informed by published science on the current and projected future environmental conditions within the study area, as well as the impacts of climate change on the focal resources assessed. The information contained within the report will be used to inform management actions and scientific research within Greater Farallones and Cordell Bank National Marine Sanctuaries as well as the National Marine Sanctuary System.
